1) What is the delivery time for my order?

When you place an order with Lioré Label, the delivery time may differ from what you’re used to. Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, we save a lot on storage and transport costs—allowing us to offer competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 5–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

2) What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

Due to high interest in our products, your order may arrive a little later than expected. Thanks for your understanding. If the expected period has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please email us at info@liorelabel.com and we’ll investigate right away.

3) I want to exchange/return my order—how do I do that?

To return an item, please contact our customer service at info@liorelabel.com.
Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000 as shown in your confirmation email), and the reason for the return. We’ll send you the return address and confirm your request. After that, you can ship the product using your preferred carrier.

4) How much does it cost to return products?

Return shipping is at your expense. Costs depend on the carrier you choose. Please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

5) What are the conditions for returning my product?

You always have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive the product. Returns are accepted if:

  • The return period has not expired.

  • The product is in its original packaging and all tags are intact.

  • The product has not been used.

6) What payment methods can I use?

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, and Klarna.

7) I didn’t receive an order confirmation email—what should I do?
